Day#7: Making + 1,100 Lesser demon kills cozy

My first week of nonstop blogging is here! 🥳
Today, I'm starting the day once again with the Lesser demons, collecting rune med helms and other drops, turning that into some good GP, and using it to buy lots of Balls of wool (they’re so worth buying—gathering them manually can be incredibly tedious).

While camping in the Karamja Dungeon, I realized that the XP rate here is way faster than it was with the Body golems. The thing is, those golems are lower level (only level 50), and they also have a short animation where they rise up from the ground before attacking. Over time, those seconds add up. Now that I think about it, getting a full combat level back in Camdozaal was actually a pretty big accomplishment!

I was kind of hoping to get clue scrolls while killing Lesser demons, but apparently that’s not happening here. It's not a bad thing, though—solving scrolls is super exciting, but I think it's actually nice to have a little break from them, and just focus on pure combat grinding for now, without too many distractions.

🐦 Bird Fact #6: did you know the peregrine falcon is the fastest bird—and the fastest animal—on Earth? When diving to catch prey, it can reach speeds of over 380 km/h (240 mph)! Now that’s XP speed. 🌀💨

For the moment, I’m just really enjoying this phase—especially because I’ve started noticing the profit differencesbetween monsters, and how much that can impact the grind. Another thing I love about this place is that I’m usually here alone. There’s almost never another player around, which means I don’t have to deal with the low-key anxiety I sometimes feel when I’m sharing a monster zone—where you kind of have to compete for spawns. So yes, having this space mostly to myself feels really nice.

🎉 And I’ve decided something:

As soon as I hit level 87 Strength, my reward will be a smelting session—turning rubies and gold bars into Amulets of Strength, and making some sweet profit! Let’s go!

Just before I reached 87 Strength, I leveled up Hitpoints to 89! Whoa!

I really wanted to share that double-level celebration with you as the perfect ending to today’s post. I enjoyed this session so much and I’ve decided—I’ll definitely stay here for my next combat goal: reaching 87 Defense.

As I mentioned earlier, I’ll be using the GP I earn from the demon drops to buy 6,000 Coal, which I’ll then combine with the 1,000 Adamantite ores I already have banked. That’ll give me 1,000 Adamant bars, help level up my Smithing, and earn me some GP by selling the armor I make. Win-win!

Also... I’m now at Combat level 109.

When will I reach the 120s? Who knows—slowly but surely is the motto! 🛡️

I love the dramatic setting for this random event .. hehe :)
