Day #12: Amulets, Gold, and Scrolls — a Chill Day in Varrock

Getting some cash out of amulets

Hello everyone! Today has been a nice, relaxed session — I'm still deep in the crafting grind, making amulets of strength, mostly in Edgeville. The great news is that with this crafting session, I’m going to hit level 82 in Crafting — woohoo!

I also checked the current bond price, and it’s sitting at around 14 million gp. That’s definitely a lot for me right now, but it’s made me think — maybe I could slowly work toward 25–30 million and then comfortably get a bond to finally experience members’ content. For now, I’m just happy that my stack of rubies and gold ores is turning into shiny gp! I feel proud watching my bank get heavier. Also, I think Varrock is officially my favorite city in Gielinor. There’s something nostalgic and central about it — it feels like home. 🏰

Now that I’m more aware of the bond price, I feel the call to plan new money-making strategies. After I finish my time mining in Falador and (hopefully!) stacking 100 beginner clue scrolls, I might turn my focus to Fishing and Cooking. I’m running low on good food like Lobsters and Swordfish, so this would be the perfect time to stock up for future combat grinds, and maybe make a tidy profit too. While fishing, I can also keep stacking clue scrolls — can’t waste this new awesome feature!

By the way, I still wish Lesser Demons dropped clue scrolls… it would make their grind even more perfect. But oh well, all good — I’ll be back with them soon enough.

Clue scroll stacking begins in the Falador Mining Guild!
Alright everyone, I’ve already settled in the Mining Guild. I missed this place so much. It's peaceful, nostalgic, and I’m ready to get to work on those clue scrolls! See you all tomorrow! 😊

🐦 Bird Fact #11: Why do raptors have such strong beaks?
Birds like eagles and falcons have powerful, hooked beaks perfectly adapted for their carnivorous diets. These beaks are designed to tear flesh, allowing them to efficiently eat prey like fish, small mammals, and even other birds. Their beaks are not just tools — they are the key to survival at the top of the avian food chain!

📜 Today’s Achievements:

  • Reached level 82 Crafting

  • Sold amulets of strength and passed the 13 million gp mark

  • Began clue scroll farming at the Falador Mining Guild

Until next time, adventurers...
May your ores be plenty, your clues be spicy, and your bond dreams inch closer with every click —
